What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, which also allows you to pay with all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) without needing a PayPal account.
Is it safe to order from KayeeKisses?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We never store your payment details on our servers. Your financial information is handled entirely by PayPal's secure payment infrastructure.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, your order will have entered processing and changes may not be possible. Please contact us immediately at service@kayeekisses.com if you need to make changes.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $69 USD. Orders below $69 are subject to a flat $5.99 shipping fee.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by region: United States and UK typically 7–14 business days; Europe 10–18 business days; Canada and Australia 10–20 business days; rest of world 12–25 business days. These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, contact us at service@kayeekisses.com before placing your order.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Discreet Packaging & Privacy
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or our brand name on the outside. Your billing statement will show a discreet merchant name.
Will my order show up on my bank statement?
Your billing statement will show a discreet merchant name — not 'KayeeKisses' or any reference to lingerie. We understand that privacy matters.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing them to our size guide. You can find full measurement instructions and a size chart on our Size Guide page.
What if I'm between sizes?
If you're between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit. For corsets, sizing up and adjusting the lacing gives you more flexibility.
Do you offer plus sizes?
We currently offer sizes S through L. We're working on expanding our size range — if you'd like to be notified when new sizes are available, subscribe to our newsletter or contact us directly.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt on items that are unopened, in original sealed packaging, unworn and with all tags attached. Due to the intimate nature of our products, opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How do I start a return?
Email us at service@kayeekisses.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions within 1–2 business days. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you'd like.

What types of lingerie do you sell?
We offer a curated range of luxury intimate apparel including lingerie sets, lace bodysuits, corsets and bustiers, sleepwear, and cosplay-inspired pieces.
How do I care for my lingerie?
Most pieces should be hand washed in cool water with a gentle detergent and air dried flat. Avoid the tumble dryer — heat damages elastic and delicate fabrics. For full care instructions, see our lingerie care guide in the Journal.
What's the difference between a corset and a bustier?
A corset uses rigid steel boning and a lace-up back to actively cinch the waist — typically reducing it by 2–5 inches. A bustier is lighter, uses minimal boning or underwire, and shapes without compressing. Bustiers are easier to wear daily; corsets are more dramatic and structured.
