Returns & Exchanges

7-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unopened — in their original, sealed packaging, unworn and unused with all tags attached. Due to the intimate nature of our products, this policy exists for hygiene reasons and the safety of all our customers.

Eligible Items

• Unopened items in original sealed packaging
• Items with all tags still attached
• Items returned within 7 days of receipt

Non-Eligible Items

• Items that have been opened, worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Sale or final sale items
• Gift cards

How to Return

1. Email us at service@kayeekisses.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack items securely and ship to the address provided.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order for the desired item.
